Terms/Conds.

  1. Total number of members shall be 300 for this project and 2BHK flat shall be offered to them. Total cost of each flat shall be rupees   15.21 lack.
  2. Project shall be of 42 month duress ion there for total payment will have to paid for simple and essential installments of 42 months.
  3. Every month members shall be selected and rewarded with Motor bike worth of rupees 40,000
  4. Selected person to be consolidated distribution of prizes shall be done in twentieth month (Selected member up to 1-20 month) and 42 months (selected members of 20-42 months) respectively.
  5. Cost of RTO and Insurance shall be beard by the selected persons.
  6. Total number of prizes are 300 i.e. each member shall be getting prize.
  7. The allotment shall be done by draw system. For members booked more than one flat shall be allotted best on mutual understanding.
  8. All allotments shall be done by making draw in 21 month
  9. In case of none paid of installment for two consecutive months such member shall not to be considered for draw (falling in the same month)
  10. In case of non payment of installment for consecutive 4 months or in case of cancellation deduction of 25% of total paid amount and balance amount without interest is to be return ofter 42 months.
  11. Tha above declared cost is exclusive of parking charges of 40,000 and club charges of 20000 same to be paid by the members. Maximum number of parking of each flat shall be one only .
  12. Registration charges and other Govt. statutory taxes shall be born/paid by the members as for the norms.
  13. Every members shall take pocession of their flat within Stipulated time otherwise the maintenance charges shall be born by the allottees till the position done by him.
  14. Cost of meter and electrical fitting charges of 50000 shall be born by the members.
  15. In case of any disputes decision of builders/Organizer will be final.
  16. All  disputes shall be subjected to Raipur Jurisdiction only.
